That's why we made sure to include a gas can, fuel stabilizer, and propane tank hose. Most people only consider small power banks, but we've included small, medium, and large solutions to power everything from your phone to your refrigerator with the generator. We also included those often-overlooked items like the emergency weather radio, hand crank flashlights, and glow sticks to ensure you're covered for communication, lighting, and safety. ## Item Highlights * **6500W Gas or Propane Powered Generator:** A super quiet, dual-fuel generator that gives you the flexibility to power your home essentials. * **Portable Solar Panel and Power Bank:** Harness the sun's energy to keep your devices charged, even when the grid is down. * **Propane Tank Hose:** Connect your appliances to larger propane tanks for extended use, avoiding frequent canister changes. * **Emergency Weather Radio:** Stay informed with critical weather updates and alerts, ensuring you're always one step ahead. **Estimated total:** Starts at $1,213. The Emergency Power kit scales from short-term needs (charging phones with solar banks and hand-crank tools) to longer-term scenarios (running home essentials with the 6500W dual-fuel generator). You can power anything from a single device to major appliances depending on which solution you use. ### Can I use this kit for both gas and propane? Yes. The 6500W generator runs on either fuel, and the kit includes propane hoses and cylinders in multiple sizes, plus a gas can and siphon. This flexibility lets you choose the fuel source that works best for your situation. ### How do I keep fuel fresh for long-term storage? The kit includes gas stabilizer to extend fuel shelf life. Store fuel in the included no-drip gas can in a cool, dry place, and rotate it periodically if you're preparing for extended outages. ### What if the sun isn't shining? The kit includes hand-crank and battery-powered options (headlamps, flashlights, and lanterns) so you have light and charging capability even on cloudy days or at night. The generator provides backup power for larger needs. ### Is this kit suitable for families? Yes. It's designed for families who want to stay comfortable and connected during outages. Multiple lighting options, an emergency radio for information, and scalable power solutions make it practical for household use.
